It's important not to just turn off your thoughts, but to instead replace them with the ones that are conducive to your life and goals. They discuss how important it is to break down your bigger goals into manageable, mini-goals. Jon shares an example of how he writes a book by writing one chapter at a time because a whole book feels like such a daunting task. Ultimately, you'll walk away knowing how to set the right goals that you will actually accomplish.
