“The Secret” says that thoughts are enough to change our existence, but it’s missing a KEY ingredient.
ACTION needs to be added into the mix, but not just any action. The RIGHT kind of action. The problem in this “insta-generation” we’re all living in where we can now get just about anything we want with the click of a button is knowing WHAT actions will lead to our best lives.
Why did I design this bootcamp?
Suicidal by the age of 18, I was fortunate to have my “rock-bottom-bounce” where I serendipitously discovered the power of universal principles and habits. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the TRUE meaning of “happiness” and “success,” as well as a system to make sure I’m building momentum in both every single day.
In the last 25 years I’ve gone from someone who would have given anything to swap out my life, to someone who wouldn’t give up who I’ve become for anything in the world.
Since selling my company last year and knowing I never have to worry about money again, I’ve made it my mission to help others become the best version of THEMselves so they can in turn pay it forward to help the world become the best version of ITself.
Turns out habits don’t care if they’re helping or hurting us. Either way, they’re going to compound over time to form who we are. I call this “The Equation Of Life” which states that…
“Our Belief System + Our Repeated Actions + Time = Who We Will Become.

Changing your belief system by shining a big ol’ spotlight on your life and comparing those beliefs to how your best self would be living is the 1st step. Implementing a solid no-excuse accountability system that allows you to gamify the process of taking those repeated actions I every day until they become part of your through your habits is the 2nd.
And it all revolves around the five main areas (5 Cores) of your life that require continual nurturing, balance, and growth.
