33. In this episode of 5 Core Life, Will Moore sits down with special guest April Seifert where they dive deep into neuroplasticity and the effects it has on our habits. You'll hear how your mind can be your biggest barrier, or your greatest asset. The two also discuss the importance of recognizing the triggers that lead to certain habits and behaviors you’ve formed along with it, and understanding the reward you are trying to achieve from that habit. Once you recognize the trigger and reward, you can start to switch that behavior with something more productive. They also discuss taking things one step at a time, focusing on the smaller goal in front of you versus the huge goal that can be daunting and prevent action. They discussed how growth is what leads to happiness, not just financial success. April also opens up about how the death of her father and her own mortality provides daily motivation.

Are you ready to fire on all cylinders? Let's go!
