Your 5 Cores
Ask 100 people what it means to be happy, you'll get 100 different answers. But what if they all had a unified answer that stemmed from universal principles that have been around since the beginning of time, and will exist as long as we do?
Your Five Cores are the culmination of all this knowledge. If you were a rocket ship, they'd be the thrusters powering it, each composed of fuel cells in the form of your habits. Unfortunately, the broken system you've grown up in has produced a ton of failure habits preventing you from breaking earth's gravitational pull.
Your mission is to is to master, find balance, and continually grow in all five cores by systematically replacing your failure habits with success habits. The more these fuel cells heat up, the moore momentum and happiness you'll gain on your way to becoming an unstoppable force.

Core #1 - Mindset
We live in a world where it's become commonplace to prioritize the wrong things, causing us to "miswant" what we think will make us happy. This promotes what I call a fixed victim mindset that has us convinced the world is out to get us and there's nothing we can do about it.
We live in a world where it's become commonplace to prioritize the wrong things, causing us to "miswant" what we think will make us happy, but ends up only promoting our fixed victim mindset convinced the world is out to get us and there's nothing we can do about it.
You'll want to instead develop a growth owner mindset who fails beautifully, treats obstacles as temporary roadblocks waiting for solutions, and gives fear the finger on your way to accomplish any goal you set for yourself.
