I used to be the typical victim. I was convinced the world was out to get me and there was nothing I could do about it. A serendipitous event in one of my classes would change my life forever.
We all share the same 5 main areas of our life or CORES, yet most of us completely ignore most of them and have developed mainly “failure habits” in each. To become the best version of ourselves involves becoming fully aware of ourselves and the world around us to determine how to stop those failure habits that are killing us, and replace them with success habits.
